The learned Advocate General appearing for the State, at the outset, states that the Petitioners have filed applications for reconsideration, to the Respondent No.2-Administrator of Communidades, South Goa, Margao on 21 November 2017 and the State will not take any coercive steps against the Petitioners till the applications for reconsideration are decided and thereafter for a period of two weeks in case the orders are adverse to the Petitioners. Mr. S.S. Kantak, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners may be given personal hearing. In the facts and circumstances of the case, and as also agreed by the learned Advocate General, the Respondent No.2 -Administrator of Communidades will give personal hearing to the Petitioners. 2.

In view of the statement of the learned Advocate General nothing further survives to be adjudicated at present. The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
