Shri Lotlikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends to move the Adjudicating Authority for supplying the copy of the CCTV footage. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Magistrate shall return the CCTV footage to the Airport Authority of India. The Adjudicating Authority shall decide the application, if filed, by the petitioner in accordance with law.
