Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2, has submitted that the State Government will not act upon the tender in question as the term itself has already elapsed and proceed for a fresh tender.

2. In such circumstances, the challenge in the above Petition to such tender process would no longer survive. Hence, Petition stands accordingly disposed of.
