The present application is filed by the Applicant to review the earlier Order of this Court dated 11.05.2015 and thereby contended that the arguments advanced by the Applicants were not referred to in the Order and, therefore, the Petitioner wants to mention certain facts and arguments advanced on his behalf.

2. It is true that whilst considering the interim relief, this Court has not mentioned the facts elaborately and each and every details of the arguments. Now the Applicants want to incorporate certain facts and the detailed arguments advanced by Mr. Thali, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants.

3. The Respondents have no serious objections to consider the relief claimed by the Applicants.

4. No prejudice will be caused if the prayer of the Petitioner is considered.

5. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 6 and the Order be modified as prayed for as per para no. 6(i) to (vi). Necessary corrections be made forthwith.

6. Petition stands disposed of.
