MCA 1076 of 2019 the legal representatives of Respondent no.6. The delay is appropriately explained. There is sufficient cause.

3. The delay is accordingly condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. Leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent no.6.

4. Ms. Vaigankar states that the cause title will be amended within two weeks and even steps will be taken within the same period to serve the legal representatives.
