REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an Application filed by the petitioner to issue notice to the Respondent Nos.

& by overseas posting through R.P.A.D./Speed Post. The Application is supported by an affidavit. Perused the Bailiff report dated 20.09.2019. On its perusal, it reveals that when the Bailiff visited on the given address of the Respondent Nos. 9 & 10, he found that no one could identify the said address. So, the notices of the Respondent Nos. 9 & 10 are returned unserved. The Petitioner has furnished fresh addresses in para 4 of the Application. Considering the above facts, issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 9 & 10 on new addresses given in para 4 of the Application. Petitioner to pay the postal charges and after service shall file the affidavit of service.

The Application is allowed on above terms.
