After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Agni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the National Green Tribunal. The learned counsel further points out that there is an ad-interim order which is in operation based on the statement of the learned Additional Government Advocate which may be continued for further period of two weeks.

2. Ms. S. Linhares, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 upon instructions states that the

WP/1036/2015 statement recorded in the order dated 30.12.2015 shall continue for a period of two weeks from today. Accepting the said statement, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. K. L. WADANE, J.
