This is an application for refund of the amount deposited in this Court during the pendency of the above appeal.

2. It is pointed out that Special Leave Petition filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court challenging the judgment passed by this court, came to be dismissed.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection.

4. Hence, application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon.
