On 24.04.2023, we are constrained to make the following order:- "None present for the petitioners.

However, since the petitioners have appeared in person, we post the matter on 02/05/2023. If on this
date the petitioners do not appear, then we will consider disposing of this petition.
"

Despite the grant of an additional opportunity, on 02.05.2023 the Petitioners chose not to appear. Therefore, on 02.05.2023, we decided to grant the last chance to the Petitioners to appear in this matter and prosecute this matter.

Our order dated 02.05.2023 reads as follows:- "1. On 24.04.2023, we made the following order:- "P.C.:
1. None present for the petitioners.
2. However, since the petitioners have appeared in person, we post the matter on 02/05/2023. If on this date the petitioners do not appear, then we will consider disposing of this petition.
"
2. The Court Sheristedar present today states that Mr Avinash Parab (Court Sheristedar) telephonically contacted the petitioners and informed them about today's date. However, even today, the petitioners are not present.
3. As a last chance, we post the matter on 12.06.2023 for directions. If, even on this date, same position continues, we will consider disposing of this petition".

Today, when the matter is called out, we requested the Court Sheristedar to call out the Petitioners' names. The Petitioners are not present today as well. Thus, despite the grant of sufficient
opportunities, the Petitioners are not present. Accordingly, we have no option but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. 5.
The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order for costs.
