Heard Shri A.F. Diniz, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.
2. The above Contempt Petition filed by the petitioner is on the ground that directions issued by this Court by an order dated 1/08/2016 have not been complied with.
3. On the last date of hearing, the learned Advocate General stated that he would make arrangements to examine the site to see the veracity of the allegations to enable a decision in
CP/39/2016 connection with the subject technical clearance. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Advocate General has pointed out that having examined the site at loco, the concerned Authority shall grant the relaxation and issue the technical clearance within four weeks from today.
4. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General we dispose off the above petition. Form I notice issued to the respondent no.2 stands accordingly discharged. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
