By this application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 613 days in filing appeal against the Judgment and order dated 30.01.2017/21.02.2017 passed by the Children's Court for the State of Goa in Special Case No. 54 of 2011.

2. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the averments made in the Criminal Misc. Application for condonation of delay.

3. In our view, the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay from the reasons set out in the said application.
