The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant fairly pointed out that by virtue of the provisions of Section 8 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, the present Civil Revision Application filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, would not be maintainable. She, therefore, sought leave to 7th January 2023
