By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to direct Respondent No.2 to take a decision on his applications for renewal of Establishment (Trade) licence; restaurant licence; General Store licence and NOC for temporary stall, and to communicate such decision to the Petitioner, who is a senior citizen. 3.

Mr. Vernekar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the Petitioner's applications will be disposed of, one way or the

2 wp632-19 dt.09-09-19 other, within a period of two weeks from today, in case the same have not already been disposed of. He states that within this period itself, the decision will be communicated to the Petitioner. 4.

We accept the aforesaid statement and dispose of this Petition.
