The Petitioner is conducting mining operations and petition is filed in respect of rejection of some of the permissions. It is pointed out to us that as per legal position exists as of today, mining operations are suspended. Therefore, no substantive relief can be granted in this petition at present. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as and when cause of action would arise the Petitioner may be granted liberty to agitate the petition. 2.
