It is submitted that the names of the Legal Representatives of the deceased respondent no.1 are already on record. As such, the applicant seeks to show the respondent no.1 as deceased. In view of the fact that the LRs are already on record, the appeal would not abate. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 4(a). Necessary correction to be carried out forthwith.
