Heard Mr. Pranay Kamat, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Pangam, Advocate General along with Mr. Shivadatta Prakash Munj, Additional Government Advocate for the Respondent no.1.

The learned Advocate General points out that the Deputy Collector is not averse in disposing the petition expeditiously. However, he points out some objections have been received from the respondent no.1 and from certain authorities and even those objections are required to be considered and disposed of. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the respondents to dispose of the Case no.AH/DYC/CAN/LRC/DEM/86/2018 of Senior Citizen by Deputy Collector pending before him together with the objections if any, that may have been filed by the third parties therein as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.

The petitioner to file the authenticated copy of this Order before the Deputy Collector and the period of three months will commence from the said date.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned to act on the basis of an Authenticated copy of this order.
