Heard the learned Counsel for the parties for sometime.
2. Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with a request to expedite the hearing of the suit.
3. It is submitted that although, the suit is of the year 2015, the same is ripe for hearing and the petitioners, who are the defendants, for the present, intend to examine only one witness.
4. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
