This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no. 1 on record, who died on 25.09.2018. Some of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 1 are already on record. By the present application, the applicants propose to bring on record two more legal representatives as mentioned in para 4 of the application.

2. Proposed respondent nos. 1(a) and 1(b) are served. However, none appears. The application is filed within time and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary incorporation to be carried out within two weeks.
