REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application filed by Applicant/Appellant, to serve notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 by way of substituted service i.e. by publication in a local daily Newspaper circulated in that area. Perused the Bailiff Report in respect of the notice issued to the Respondent No. 5 & 6, it reveals that the notice could not be served for want of detailed addresses.

The previous notices issued to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 on 22.05.2016 are also served by Paper publication. From Bailiff Report, I am satisfied that notice will not be served to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 by ordinary means.

The Application is supported by an Affidavit. Considering the previous Bailiff Report and for above mentioned reason, the Application is allowed.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6, by way of substituted service by way of publication in the local daily Newspaper circulated in that area.

The notice of the Respondent No. 5 be published in local Marathi Newspaper published in Chandgad District, Kolhapur and the notice of the Respondent No. 6 be published in local Newspaper published in Navigalli, Shahpur, Belgaum.

The Applicant/Appellant shall pay requisite process fee, collect the notices and after publication shall file the published notices along with the Affidavit.
