2. The petitioner, who appears in person, states that he will pursue the statutory remedy of an appeal against the impugned order dated 17/10/2018 before the learned District Judge. He, therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition with a request to protect him on the aspect of limitation.

3. The petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner files an appeal before the learned District Judge within two weeks from today, the learned District Judge

WP/54/2019 shall have due regard to the provisions of sections 5 and section 14 of the Limitation Act in view of the pendency of this petition from 5/12/2018 till date. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
