This is an application for correction of the cause title of MCA No.725/2018 and the consequent correction of the order dated 12/10/2018 passed therein.

2. It is submitted that inadvertently, the name of the applicant no.2 was shown as Veronica D'Costa, when her name is Veronica Fernandes, the wife of late Leo D'Costa. The applicant has produced copies of the Certificate of Marriage, Ration Card and Aadhar Card, which show the name as Veronica Fernandes. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.2 shall file a fresh undertaking that in the event there is any claim by any third party to the compensation, the applicant no.2

MCA/1004/2018 shall bring back the amount, if so directed by this Court.

3. Subject to this, the application is allowed as prayed. Necessary correction shall be made in the cause title of MCA No.725/2018 and in the order dated 12/10/2018 in MCA No.725/2018, subject to the applicant no.2 filing a fresh undertaking as aforesaid before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, within two weeks from today. On such an undertaking being filed, the cheque in respect of the applicant no.2 shall be issued in the name of Veronica Fernandes.
