Heard Shri Kantak, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent no.2, Shri Naik, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 and Shri Teles, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.3.
2. By consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms :
(i) The first respondent Village Panchayat shall decide the matter about the house tax registration afresh, after hearing the petitioner and the respondent nos.2 and 3, within a period of one month from today.
(ii)Needless to mention that the present record about the
WP/1109/2017 registration of house tax shall not enure to the benefit of any of the parties till the matter is decided by the Village Panchayat.
(iii) Rival contentions of the parties are left open. (iv) In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
