Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the judgment rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in the case, Mrs. Bharti Parkar Vs. Mr. Vilas Mahadev Pilankar and Others passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 926/2013 dated 22.12.2015, a Second Appeal would lie and therefore, she seeks leave of this Court to convert this Writ Petition into a Second Appeal.

2. However, considering the requirements of Section 100 C.P.C. which apparently this Writ Petition does not comply, as of now, leave is granted to file a Second Appeal, which shall be without prejudice to the rights of the respondents to raise all objections, if any, available in law.
