The learned counsel for the parties hand in a copy of consent terms filed by them in Special Execution Application

2 FA89-14&Orsdt.22.08.2019 No.3/2015/A in the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division at Panaji. They state that by these consent terms, the dispute between the parties, including the dispute which was subject matter of these two appeals have been amicably settled. Mr. Desai, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 in both the appeals states that Respondent No.1 has received the amount due and payable to it, in terms of the consent terms.

Mr. Desai states that the Respondent No.1 will now withdraw the Execution Proceedings since, the decree in question stands satisfied in terms of the consent terms.

The consent terms contemplate that the Applicants/Appellants will withdraw the present applications/appeals. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the Applicants/Appellants in both these matters seek leave to withdraw their respective applications/appeals, based upon the aforesaid consent terms. Leave is accordingly granted as prayed for and these applications/appeals are hereby disposed of.
