This application is filed for modification of clause no.6 of the order dated 13th October, 2016 to a limited extent that the present Managing Committee be permitted to open the Fund Boxes at the Gurudwara and deposit the currency notes found therein in the Bank before 30th December, 2016.

2. Needless to mention that the reason stated for modification of the order is the approach of the last date for deposit in bank of the demonetized currency notes. The last date therefor is 30th December, 2016. Ms. Shirodkar does not oppose the application. Hence, the same is disposed off in the following terms :

MCA/996/2016 (i) The Fund Boxes of applicant no.1 shall be opened and money therein counted in the presence of the Mamlatdar of Vasco. After the counting is done, applicant no.1 shall deposit the same in the Bank account of applicant no.1.
