This is an application for extension of time to comply with all the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 26/10/2016. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that substantial amount have been paid to the concerned complainant. Amount directed to be deposited with Goa State Legal Services Authority has not been deposited and as such, the applicant has sought time up to 5.1.2017 to comply with such directions.

2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. Time to comply with the directions to deposit the amount with Goa State Legal Services Authority is extended up to 5.1.2017.
