This is an application for suspension of sentence. By an ad-interim order dated 07.12.2018, the substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded to the applicant had been suspended to the extent that the applicant furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- alongwith one solvent surety in the like amount before the learned Sessions Judge.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that out of the total compensation of Rs.4,33,533/- granted to the respondent, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.3,83,600/- with the

CRMA/356/2018 respondent and Rs.50,000/- is lying with the learned Sessions Judge.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the order dated 07.12.2018 is hereby made absolute. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited before the Sessions Court alongwith interest, if any.

4. Criminal Application is disposed of.
