The learned Public Prosecutor, Mr. Rivankar states that the investigations in this case are complete and the State is on the verge of filing charge sheet.

2. Mr. Shirodkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, submits that leave may be granted to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek a discharge before the appropriate Court. He requests that all contentions raised in this petition may be kept open.

3. The request made by Mr. Shirodkar is quite reasonable. In the circumstances, leave is granted to withdraw this petition with

WPCR/231/2018 liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all the parties are left expressly open.

4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
