The petitioner filed the above Contempt Petition inter alia on the ground that the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 14/09/2016 passed in Writ Petition No.808/2016 had not been complied with.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition Shri D. Lawande, learned Additional Advocate General for the State has placed on record the exercise carried out by the Goa Public Service Commission as well as the recommendations submitted to the State Government. The documents are marked 'X' Colly. The learned Additional Advocate General has also stated that the decision on such recommendations has already been taken and

CP/40/2016 the order will be issued within one week from today.

3. Accepting the said statement of the learned Additional Advocate General, nothing survives in the above Contempt Petition, which stands disposed off accordingly. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
