2. Heard Mr. C. Padgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/petiotioner and Mr. E. Dias,learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. This application is strongly opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, alternatively he submits that not more than two weeks may be granted.

4. Having regard to the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner which is given in detail in the body of the present application, I am of the view that time of two months should serve ends of justice, accordingly, application is allowed and time for depositing the arrears of compensation is

MCA/3/2016 extended by further two months from 31.12.2015. If deposit is not made within the time so additionally given, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated.

5. Application stands disposed of.
