It appears that liberty is already granted to the Applicant to withdraw the amount deposited in the First Appeal which is already disposed of. Applications preferred by the Applicant be placed before Registrar (Judicial) who will consider whether the applications for withdrawal are in order and if all conditions are satisfied permit withdrawal of the amount deposited.
