Heard Mr. A. Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. A. Nachinolkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 31 days in filing Second Appeal. It is pointed out by the learned counsel that the respondent nos. 11 and 12 have not been served who are the family members of the applicant and supporting the applicant in the above appeal.

2. For the reasons stated in the application which stand uncontroverted, the delay stands condoned. Needless to say, the

MCA/144/2017 objections, if any, of the respondent nos. 11 and 12 on such relief are left open.
