There is delay of about 13 days in instituting the Revision Application. There is sufficient cause shown in the Civil Application. Delay is accordingly condoned.

There is sufficient cause shown as to why the applicant could not attend the hearing before the Registrar. The applicant stated that he was busy in preparation of his own marriage. Accordingly, the order made by the learned Deputy Registrar dated 25/11/2016, is recalled and Writ Petition is restored to the file. Consequently, Stamp Number Main No.4062/2016 is disposed of.
