The copy of the Order passed by the Goa Coastal Management Zone Authority dated 18 June 2018 is handed over to the Court. We had passed the following order on 24 April 2018:- "The learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents states that the decision has been taken in 171st meeting of the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority and the decision is favourable to the Petitioner. He states that the formal order communicating the decision will be issued to the Petitioner shortly.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Advocate General agree that once such

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner is satisfied with the said order. He states that order however refers to certain plans which are not annexed to the copy handed over to the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate General states that copy of the plans, duly endorsed, which forms part of the order dated 18 June 2018, can be collected from the Office of the Authority by the Petitioner.
