Ms. A. Lobo, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that she has no objection to the correction of the name of the applicants in the cause time and consequently issue of fresh demand draft in favour of the applicants with corrected name.

2. Shri J Lobo undertakes to handover the demand draft to the Accounts Department within a week and the registry thereafter shall issue demand draft in the corrected name.
