2. Learned Advocate General states that there was a demolition order issued in respect of the suit structure on 10.09.2019 in the name of the petitioner's son. The petitioner's son however questioned the

2 WP No.1051/19 dtd. 07.01.20 demolition order before the National Green Tribunal (NGT), which has, by its Judgment and Order dated 03.12.2019 set aside the demolition order and remanded the matter to the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) for fresh disposal within one month.

3. In view of the aforesaid, according to us, this petition is rendered infructuous. In case, the petitioner wishes to be heard by the GCZMA, it is for the petitioner to apply to the GCZMA and seek appropriate orders. However, we clarify that the GCZMA will have to comply with the directions of the NGT to dispose of the show cause notice within one month. Therefore, at the behest of the present petitioner, those proceedings, cannot be delayed.

4. The copy of the demolition order dated 10.09.2019 and the order of the NGT has already been furnished by the learned Advocate General to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. The petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. SMT. M. S. JAWALKAR, J.
