The applicants seek the withdrawal of the amount of `25,247/- deposited by the original appellants in the First Appeal No.211/2007 alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The respondents have not seriously controverted the claim of the applicants affirmed on oath. In view thereof the application is allowed and the applicants are held entitled for the withdrawal of the amount of `25,247/- alongwith the

mca no.1038 of 2016 interest accrued thereon till date. The registry to verify the papers before the disbursal of the amount.
