The minutes of the order placed on record in Civil Application No.8 of 2018 have been accepted and there is reference to that effect in the order dated 19th August, 2015. In terms of the minutes of the order, an amount of Rs.43,75,850/- has been deposited by the applicant and the same has also been withdrawn by the respondent. It is further recorded in the minutes that respondent no.1 has no objection for grant of stay on the execution of the judgment and award dated 3rd April, 2014 passed by the District Court, South Goa, Margao in Land Acquisition Case No.21/2011 till the final disposal of the appeal.

MCA/1032/2018 In view of the arrangement arrived at between the parties, there shall be stay of the execution of the impugned judgment and award till the final disposal of the appeal.
