After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, the main grievance of the petitioner in the above petition is that the election with regard to the concerned Tenant's Association has not been conducted though term of the earlier Association expired somewhere in August, 2015.

2. Without going into the allegations made in the above petition considering that the only relief sought by the petitioner at this stage is to direct an expeditious holing of the election of the concerned Tenant's Association, we find it appropriate to dispose off the above petition by directing the respondent to hold the election in respect of the concerned Tenant's Association as expeditiously as possible and in any event complete such process within three months from today.
