Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to challenge the order dated 07.03.2015 in Criminal Appeal no. 85 of 2014 by way of appropriate proceedings as may be permissible in law. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Needless to mention that this will not preclude the learned Sessions Judge from proceeding with the pending criminal appeals.
