The appellant/ Airports Authority of India which is the defendant before the trial court is challenging the orders dated 29/3/2017 and 3/4/2017 passed by the learned trial court restraining the appellant from interfering with the snack bar run by the appellant at the Goa Airport. It is undisputed that the application for temporary injunction has been heard by the learned trial court. The parties state that it is fixed tomorrow i.e on 24/8/2018 for filing written notes of arguments. In such circumstances, the only prayer made on behalf of the appellant is to expedite the hearing of the application by the trial court. In such circumstances, the appeal is disposed off. The learned trial

STM/4075/2017 court shall decide the application for temporary injunction on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three weeks from the receipt here of.
