The Petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. In fact, the Petitioners have already instituted proceedings before the DRT. In these circumstances, this Petition is not required to be entertained. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Godinho, on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to pursue their remedy before the DRT. The request is quite reasonable. Therefore, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.
