The order passed by the Village Panchayat impugned in this Petition is appealable and the appeal is provided to the Block Development Officer. It would be open for the Petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy available in law. If the Petitioner presents an appeal to the appellate forum within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, after extending the opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of presentation of the Appeal.
