Ms Kamat states that Respondents No.1 and 5 have now complied with the directions in the order dated 24/7/2017. She states that Respondent No.5 has passed necessary orders on 18/12/2019. She admits that there was a delay, for which Respondent No.5 has tendered an unconditional apology. Explanation has also been offered for this delay. 17/03/23
