Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. It is now well settled that the amount of P.R./ S.B. Bond has to be fixed having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and it should not be such as would amount to denial of bail, when otherwise the applicant/ accused has been found entitled to bail.

3. Considering the overall circumstances and on hearing the learning Counsel for the parties, the application is allowed. The

CRMAB/364/2018 order dated 26/11/2018 is modified. The applicant shall be released on executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions of the bail are maintained.

4. The application is disposed of.
