2. On due consideration, we dispose of this application by directing the Respondent No.2, The Chief Officer, Sanquelim Municipal Council, to hear the Applicant-original Respondent No.3 as also the Respondent No.3-Original Writ Petitioner on 18.01.2018 or within a week thereafter and to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a week from the date of hearing of the matter by him.

3. We make it clear that the parties shall not seek any adjournment before the said authority and the authority shall pass appropriate orders after giving hearing to them. The decision, if goes against the Applicant-original 3rd Respondent, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of one month from the date of such decision.
