With the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition finally by directing Respondents No.4 and 5 to forward the application of the Petitioner seeking Child Care Leave, to the Secretary (Education), Government of Goa within a period of one week from today. Secretary (Education) to afford opportunity of hearing to both, Respondents No.4 and 5, as well as the Petitioner

2 wp1067-19dt.17-12-19 and, thereafter, to decide whether such application is required to be granted or not. Such decision to be taken and communicated to the parties by the Secretary (Education) within a period of 10 days from the receipt of the leave application from Respondent No.4 and 5. 3.

All contentions of all parties are expressly kept open for decision of the Secretary (Education).
