Heard Shri Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for some time.
2. Shri Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to avail of the statutory remedy before the learned NGT. It is submitted that protection may be granted for a limited period.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 has no objection for the same.

4. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The execution and operation of the impugned order is stayed for a period of six weeks, in order to enable the petitioner to avail of the alternate statutory remedy before the NGT.
5. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of the order.
