Shri Rohan Desai, learned Advocate prays for the suspension of the sentence on the premise that `1,55,000/- from the amount ordered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class has been deposited before the learned Sessions Court and that he is ready to deposit the balance amount of `45,000/- in this Court by Demand Draft today.

2. Considering that a substantial amount is deposited before the learned Sessions Court and the balance amount of `45,000/- is undertaken to be deposited before this Court today by way of a demand draft in favour of the Registrar (judicial) of this Court, the sentence is suspended. The Registry to accept the demand draft.

3. The applicant is ordered to be released on bail upon executing bail bonds in the amount of `15,000/- with one surety in co-extensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ponda.
