Heard Ms. Mordekar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Diniz, the learned Counsel for the original petitioner-respondent in this Civil application.

2. According to us, we had granted sufficient time to the Administrator by our order dated 4th September, 2019. This period was sufficient particularly since we had directed that a post decisional hearing be offered to the original petitioner.

3. However, without going into the allegations made in the Civil Application against the original petitioner, we, by way of last chance, extend the period of further six weeks.

4. Ms. Mordekar, the learned Additional Government Advocate, assures this Court that the Administrator will make all efforts to dispose off these proceedings as expeditiously as possible and this extension of six weeks is only by way of outer limit.

5. This application for extension of time is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
